  • Share accurate instructions, login credentials, hosting details, and relevant information when required.

  • Provide timely feedback, approvals, and communication to avoid delays.


4. Payments & Billing

  • Project fees and payment terms are discussed and agreed upon in advance.

  • Unless stated otherwise, projects typically begin with a 50% advance payment, with the remaining balance due before final delivery or handover.

  • Any additional features, modifications, extra revisions, or tasks outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.


5. Client Review & Approvals

  • We may provide design drafts, prototypes, or development updates during the project.

  • Once a design or deliverable is approved by the client, any further changes may be treated as new work and billed accordingly.

  • Delays in feedback or approval from the client may impact the project timeline.


6. Copyright & Intellectual Property

  • Clients retain ownership of all materials they provide (text, logos, images, etc.).

  • DesignFlare retains intellectual rights to the design concepts, frameworks, source files, plugins, and creative assets used in the project unless agreed otherwise in writing.

  • We may showcase completed work in our portfolio, case studies, or marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.


7. Third-Party Content & Licensing

  • If any third-party themes, plugins, software, or stock assets are used, their respective licensing terms will apply.

  • Renewal of such licenses (when applicable) is the client’s responsibility unless agreed upon otherwise.


8. Warranties & Disclaimers

While we strive to deliver high-quality, fully tested digital products, we do not guarantee that:

  • The website or application will be completely error-free.

  • There will be no downtime or technical limitations.

We are not responsible for:

  • Financial loss or loss of revenue

  • Business interruptions

  • Data loss

  • Issues caused by third-party services (hosting, domain providers, plugins, etc.)

  • Any legal liability related to client-provided content

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive information shared during the project.

Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice. In such cases:

  • The client must pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

  • Advance payments are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise.

  • DesignFlare may provide all completed work up to that stage.


11. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.


12. Website Usage Rules

Users agree not to:

  • Copy, distribute, or reuse content from our Website without permission.

  • Use the Website for unlawful purposes or actions that compromise security.

  • Attempt unauthorized access to our data, servers, or systems.
